The first step is to schedule a free consultation with our team. During this meeting, we will discuss your vision, wedding date, budget, and any specific requests or concerns you may have.

Steph has been involved in styling weddings for over 12 years and has experience of all sizes and styles. She has worked with various vendors and venues and has built a strong reputation in the industry. Including 2025 weddings, Steph has now Co Ordinated over 138 weddings including marquee and dry hire venues such as Bake Barn, The Gathering Barn & marquee weddings.

We offer comprehensive wedding styling including venue decorations, bespoke ceiling and wall drapes, stationery, grand signage, sunglasses wall & on the day coordination.

At Orchardleigh House, Stanton Manor and Elmhay Park we do also provide a Personal Decor Set Up Service. This is due to the strict time restrictions from the venue.

Yes, Aztec Venue Decorations offers three decor packages which can be provided for your venue. We also offer venue exclusive packages.

Yes, Aztec Venue Decorations has a network of trusted vendors and can provide recommendations for all aspects of your wedding, including catering, photography, entertainment, and more.

Once we have discussed your requirements, we‘ll send you a quote and once all agreed, a deposit invoice will be sent for £100. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance, which is due one month prior to the wedding date.

The deposit is non refundable and can be paid via cash, debit or credit card.

We’re located in the beautiful South West of the UK and cover all the surrounding areas such as Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire, Swindon, Salisbury, Somerset, WSM, Bournemouth, Poole, Exeter, WSM, Weymouth and all the areas around.

We are based in Wiltshire and we include an hour of travelling each direction within the Platinum packages, so venues such as Elmhay/ Orchardleigh in Frome, The Pear Tree in Purton, Stanton Manor, Castle Combe Manor & Euridge Manor in Chippenham, Bake Barn and Syrencot in Salisbury, Bath Spa Hotel and Bailbrook House Hotel, both in Bath, Eastington Park in the Cotswolds & Leigh Court in Bristol ALL include the delivery, set up and collection.

We’re located at SN12 6EY so anywhere within an hour ish is free from any additional costs, if our minimum spend is reached, (which is £825).

If your venue is further away than an hour, please do let me know and depending on your package or styling booked, we can on occasion, waive delivery/ collection costs so please let me know when you enquire. 😃 All depends on whether the items you hire cover the overall costs - I hope I’ve explained this clearly enough 😃
