Our On the Day Co-Ordination service is the ideal solution for events hosted in DIY venues, marquees, or any location lacking an event manager or coordinator. Steph, with her extensive experience managing and orchestrating over 120 weddings, ensures that your special day unfolds seamlessly.
Our standard procedure includes arriving 1-2 hours before your arrival to oversee responsibilities such as setting up table stationery, coordinating with suppliers including florists, cake bakers, and DJs, and serving as the primary point of contact.
We diligently address any issues that arise and confirm that all timelines are adhered to. In addition to logistical management, we also take pleasure in assisting with personal touches such as first looks, gift presentations, dress adjustments, and everything in between.
